Office of Brownfield Remediation and Development – Round 21

The Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development’s (DECD) Office of Brownfield Remediation and Development (OBRD) announced multiple funding availability notices under Round 21:

  1. Brownfield Municipal Grant Program – Remediation & Limited-Assessment (up to $4M)
  2. Brownfield Municipal Grant Program – Assessment-Only (up to $200K)
  3. Targeted Brownfield Development Loan Program (up to $4M)
  4. Brownfield Area-wide Revitalization Grant Program (up to $200K)

The total funding amount available for all Round 21 notices is $25 million.

Community Investment Fund (CIF) 2030 – Round 6

The Community Investment Fund 2030 (CIF) will foster economic development in historically underserved communities across Connecticut.
