DEEP Nature-Based Solutions Initiative Program Evaluation

DEEP’s Nature-Base Solutions (NBS) Initiative Program Evaluation, required by Section 12 of Public Act 25-125, details the degree to which available NBS tools are being leveraged by DEEP and the many partners using its resources to address environmental challenges. The NBS program webpage includes a dashboard for navigating among the types of NBS practices, which DEEP funding programs use them, and their respective level of priority. The dashboard and report also include case studies and considerations for future NBS applications.
